1. Clinic Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or modifications. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% or up to the full amount of the consultation fee. This policy ensures our practitioners can allocate available slots to patients requiring urgent care.

2. Medical & Treatment Disclaimer

Chiropractic care and physical therapies carry inherent benefits and rare risks. Our registered practitioners perform assessments to determine suitability before initiating treatment. Treatment results vary, and no guarantee of specific clinical outcomes is given. Informed consent is discussed and obtained prior to any spinal manipulation or therapy.

3. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must supply complete and accurate health histories, symptoms, and medical documentation when requested. Providing incomplete or misleading information could impact the safety and effectiveness of your treatment plans.

4. Fees, Payments & Insurance Claims

All consultation and treatment fees are payable at the time of service. HICAPS facilities are available on-site for immediate private health insurance claims. We are not responsible for policies, cover limits, or claims rejected by your insurer.

5. Consumer Rights & Limitation of Liability

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Except where excluded by law, Your Spine & Your Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of the services or website usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
